Having used these pans with great success on a ceramic hob, we have now bought an induction hob and found that they won't work.  Apparently aluminium is not a suitable metal on induction so, beware!  Great pity.

Yes, this is absolutely correct, the current Diamant Stone range do not work on and induction hob. However, the good news is that there will shortly be a new range added which, although still exactly the same basic design and structure, will have a new external coating which makes them compatible with induction hobs.  We're not sure when these will be available but probably later this year when testing is complete.
